Is shipping charged on patterns since they are downloaded? There are no shipping charges on patterns. All can be downloaded from the website or emailed.
Can I buy patterns even if I don't live in Canada or US? Yes. When filling in the shipping information, select "outside Canada or USA" as your "Province/State".
How can I buy anything if I don't have a Paypal account? You can still pay through Paypal if you don't have a Paypal account. Simply enter your credit card information on the Paypal page that you are directed to from Ryan Yarn.

Home page Photo Carousel is slow on a mobile When a photo that is not on top is tapped or swiped, there may be a significant delay before the carousel starts to move. The movement is not fluid at first but speeds up after a while. This happens on mobile Safari and Chrome browsers and possibly others. none
Catalogue and Purchase page Downloading pamphlets or patterns doesn't work with Opera browser Pressing "Open" button on the "Downloading file" popup causes the browser to hang. See help page for correct procedure.
